This is an agreement between ‘You’ or the entity you represent (hereinafter "you", "your") and ‘Amazejet’ (hereinafter "us", "our", "we"). Our services are subject to following terms and conditions, for which you agree, in furtherance of being bound by these terms and conditions for accessing or availing our services/website.
You must be of a legal age to accept this agreement as applicable under the domestic law. We may modify or make changes to these terms and conditions, which shall be effective immediately or otherwise notified in prior.
The Terms of Use and the further conditions and clauses shall be governed by the laws of Afghanistan without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Afghanistan. The failure of Amazejet to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
You provide your consent and thereby agree to comply with all domestic laws and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside, or the laws you are governed by.

Our services and website can be accessed and used by the individuals and organizations who are eligible to do so and register themselves, and comply with our privacy policy. The registration of such individuals/organizations has to be valid and accepted by us. In case of untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, we may disqualify you from the use of our services and website, it is on our discretion, that you may be allowed to avail the services or access the website again. Your disqualification may result in case of providing inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information, such information if provided would not be our responsibility and an action may be taken if necessary. The Services are available under subscription plans of various types and durations. You agree while making payment towards a subscription plan to thereby follow the payment procedure and bona fide complete it. You take the wholesome responsibility and liability of your actions regarding renewal, cancellation or discontinuation of subscription.
Furthermore, you agree not to (i) transfer the services without permission, (ii) publish any confidential information without consent, (iii) use the services of Amazejet in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or harm any server, network, computer system (iv) violate any domestic or international law.
The service and all content are provided ‘as is’, without warranties/conditions/claims, whether of express or implied nature. We disclaim any warranties and conditions in reference to the service and content. It is to be clarified that we do not warrant or claim that our website would be free from bugs, errors or accessible without interruption. You agree to not rely on any advice whether express or implied received from us or our representatives, agents, partners or from the service as it will not create a warranty. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage to your computer system, loss of data that results from the download of such content or material obtained through the use of the service or otherwise, on your own discretion. It is to be clarified and you provide your consent that we assume no responsibility for mis-delivery, failure to transmit data/content, user communications or timeliness.
You provide your consent to indemnify and hold us, and our agents, employees or partners, harmless from any claim, demand, loss, costs, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of or related to (a) your access or use of our website and services, (b) any transaction or dispute between you and any third party, (c) unauthorized access to the service through your account, or of which you should have been or were aware and did not report to us, (d) your use of the service or your connection to the service, or (e) your violation of the Terms of Use.

This limitation shall be applicable whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to be solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the Services. You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, libelos, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable, offends religious sentiments, promotes racism, contains viruses or malicious code, or that which infringes or may infringe intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree not to use the Services for the transmission of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", “phishing” or unsolicited mass distribution of email. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have used the Services for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
